Terms and Conditions
 
1.       The Coordinator (Promoter) of the Exit Survey is the Alpine Shire. ABN 14821 390 281 of Churchill Avenue, Bright, Victoria, 3741. All queries should be directed to the Tourism Marketing Officer.
2.       Entry is open to all respondents to the Alpine Shire survey monkey sent 26 August 2009.
3.       The campaign commences on Wednesday, 26 August 2009 and ends on Monday, 7 September 2009 at 5.00pm (AEST).
4.       To enter the draw, visitors need to complete the on line survey, providing post code details, email and name as requested.
5.       All respondents who complete the questionnaire and provide all requested contact details and whose resonse is received prior to 
            Monday 7 September 2009 at 5.00pm
 
 will automatically be entered into the draw, immediately following the close date.
6.       The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions. A respondent is permitted to complete and submit a questionnaire once only. The Promoter has the right to remove any entries that appear to be duplicates or multiple entries from the same participant for the same questionnaire. The incentive draw is strictly one entry per the period of the campaign. Subsequent entries will therefore be disregarded.
7.       The prize draws will be conducted at Midday (AEST) on 
             Tuesday 8 September 2009
at the Alpine Shire Council offices, Churchill Avenue, Bright, VICTORIA.

8.       Prizes are not redeemable for cash. 

9.       Schedule of prizes, and value is as listed below:
Two night’s accommodation at The Odd Frog Studio Apartments in Bright and a hamper of local produce.  The total value of the prize is $480.00.  Booking is subject to availability.

10.    The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the draw.

11.    By entering, visitors agree that the Promoter may use the aggregate information collected from the questionnaire for related research and marketing purposes. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988. 

12.    The Promoters decisions will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
